The American Legion Women’s Auxiliary will be hosting an Arts and Crafts Festival on the above date at the American Legion Post 233, 4635 Atlanta Highway 78, Loganville, Georgia. Exhibitors wishing to sell their arts and crafts can rent tables.
Tables and spaces will not be rented for the purpose of selling flea market or resale items.
SPACE RENTALS*
$45.00 for each 10’ x 10’ space (no tables)
$50.00 for each 10’ x 10’ space with (1 table included)
($5.00 for each additional table)
NO REFUNDS
Electrical outlets are LIMITED

*The sponsor reserves the right to permit only those exhibitors whose products are in keeping with the family oriented theme of the festival. Responsibility for
damage, loss, etc., of the exhibitor’s arts and/or crafts is that of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors can start set-up of displays between 7:30AM and 8:30AM on the morning of the festival. Any exhibitor who would like to sell their arts/crafts at the festival or needs additional information can call the festival committee; Jean Kelley (770) 554-5603, Sandy Wittenmyer (770) 466-8276, Bea 678-344-3892. Festival committee will need a brief description of exhibitor product(s) to sell. Reservation of spaces, tables and prepayment must be received by September 30, 2015 at the latest.
